Vehicle Management

Many customers utilise vehicles within their business and want to track what Engineers are linked to which vehicle and ensure they provide a vehicle check sheet each day or even each job.

Create Vehicles

From the menu > Vehicles > Vehicles

Create Vehicles

Set the details

Assign the Vehicle

Vehicles > Vehicle Assignment

Set the Vehicle and related driver

TIP: There are instances where some customer engineers swap vehicles almost every job.  In this case during setup the system can be set for ask an engineer at the start of every job what vehicle they are using and this will automatically update the vehicle assignment on a job by job basis as necessary.
