Introduction

The Stock & Inventory management module has significant capabilities for customers who want to manage inventory, stock levels, warehouses, make stock reservations against jobs and manage stock orders.

NB:  Please ensure that the stock module is enabled.  To enable this speak to your Rakata Account Manager who can enable this for you.

Overview

RakataCRM has a very advanced Stock Management module.  This is useful if you manage products and Stock levels across warehouse(s).  The system can manage:

  • Multiple products and inventory scenarios
  • Multiple Warehouses 
  • Parent and Child Inventory (This is useful if items are returned that could be utilised again on other jobs)
