Depending on your system settings engineers may be forced to undertake a vehicle check either daily or per job. To do this click Vehicle check

Top tip: If an engineers fails the vehicle check the engineer will NOT be able to start any jobs. This requires an office adminstrator to determine if the status of the vehicle check can be changed and allow the engineer to continue today.
